Point of Sale:

POS applications utilizing a variety of scanning technologies to speed the checkout of walk in customers. Deducts inventory automatically after completion of the sales transaction.

Portable Terminal Applications:

PDT application will reside on a Pocket PC/Win Ce operating system. Four separate applications
come with the WTSS system. The data collected will be downloaded to the main WTSS computer
for system updating and error reporting.

  • Shipping - Pick and ship against Sales/Work Orders
  • Physical - Cycle count and Physical inventory Application

These applications come standard with WTSS using Automatic Data Collection Terminals
(AIDC) with batch data collection technology. This allows for faster data collection, entry, and
updating of inventory levels in the WTSS system. WTSS also has a module for Real Time Radio
Frequency data collection (RFDC) transmission to the main database as well.

Delivery Module:

WTSS has a delivery tracking and logistics module that allows companies the ability to transmit
Sale/Work Orders to delivery trucks in the field. Deliveries and new orders can be transmitted
throughout the day. Using the cellular network, WTSS has written applications that allow delivery
information to be transmitted via the cellular network (WWAN) for faster recording of completed
orders and eliminating the paper and manual entry of transactions.

Security:

WTSS provides for login security to setup users of the software and control access to information
in WTSS.

System includes the WTSS software package, 4 Windows CE data collection applications,
Micro Soft Active Sync software. PC requirements are Windows 98 or Higher versions.
